Day 1 - Amsterdam

Arrive: Thu 27 April 2017 / Depart: Thu 27 April 2017 at 19:00

With its 60 miles of tree-lined canals, countless gabled 17th and 18th century townhouses and thousands of bicycles, Holland's historic capital will delight you. Visit some of the superb art galleries and famous museums including the Rijksmuseum and Vincent Van Gogh Museum. In springtime take a tour to the spectacular bulbfields.

Day 2 - At Sea

Day 3 - Kirkwall, Orkney Islands

Arrive: Sat 29 April 2017 at 08:00 / Depart: Sat 29 April 2017 at 17:00

The capital and administrative centre of the Orkney Islands, set on the principal island known as Mainland. The Orkneys comprise 70 or so islands, rocks and skerries that cover an area of 376 square miles. You can still detect the Norse influence and the Stone Age settlement at Skara Brae, older than either the Pyramids or Stonehenge, is fascinating.

Day 4 - Portree, Isle of Skye

Arrive: Sun 30 April 2017 at 08:00 / Depart: Sun 30 April 2017 at 19:00

Portree, capital of the Isle of Skye, is the largest of the Inner Hebrides, renowned in history and song and well known for its iconic castles and natural beauty. Pay your respects to one of Scotland’s real heroines, Flora McDonald, who rescued Bonnie Prince Charlie and took him ‘over the sea to Skye’.

Day 5 - Tobermory

Arrive: Mon 01 May 2017 at 07:00 / Depart: Mon 01 May 2017 at 14:30

Genteel describes the lovely Georgian harbourfront architecture of the little town of Tobermory, whilst rugged is a more apt description for the wild moorland and mountainous interior of the Isle of Mull. Take a trip on the Mull Railway or visit tiny traffic-free Iona, where St Columba first brought Christianity in 563 AD.

Day 6 - Dublin

Arrive: Tue 02 May 2017 at 08:00 / Depart: Tue 02 May 2017 at 23:59

The capital of the Emerald Isle, with its images of ancient Kings, magical folklore and that essential Irish hospitality. From Trinity College to stylish O’Connell Street, Dublin offers a real sense of history, wonderful restaurants, cafés and of course, bars. Enjoy the craic and perhaps an expertly served pint of Guinness.

Day 7 - Holyhead, UK

Arrive: Wed 03 May 2017 at 07:00 / Depart: Wed 03 May 2017 at 17:00

Connected to the island of Anglesey, Holyhead is rich in maritime history. Take a marine walk along the Menai Straits or browse relics of the Battle of Waterloo at Plas Newydd, the splendid mansion home of the Marquis of Angelsey.

Day 8 - St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly

Arrive: Thu 04 May 2017 at 09:00 / Depart: Thu 04 May 2017 at 19:00

Dropping anchor off Hugh Town, the main town of the Isles of Scilly, affords the chance to visit two of this unique cluster of islands, lying 28 miles south west of Land’s End. St. Mary’s is the largest at just six square miles, while the effects of the sub-tropical climate are spectacularly evident in the blaze of colour at Tresco’s renowned Abbey Gardens.

Day 9 - St Peter Port

Arrive: Fri 05 May 2017 at 07:00 / Depart: Fri 05 May 2017 at 17:00

The cobbled streets and relaxed style of Guernsey’s picturesque main town introduce you to the unique Channel Islands. Certainly more Anglo than French, but with enough ‘je ne sais quoi’ to make you think otherwise. Guernsey has a captivating island history, wonderful beaches, miles of coastal walks and tax-free shopping for the less energetic!

Day 10 - Honfleur

Arrive: Sat 06 May 2017 at 07:00 / Depart: Sat 06 May 2017 at 17:00

This pretty little town, at the mouth of the River Seine, makes a perfect finale to a spectacular cruise. The old harbour and marina are just delightful and the narrow streets and alleys of the old quarter are little changed since French medieval times. Claude Monet’s famous garden at Givenchy, the Normandy Landings beaches and even the Bayeux Tapestry are all within reach.

Day 11 - Tilbury, England

Arrive: Sun 07 May 2017 at 09:00 / Depart: Sun 07 May 2017
