Food & Drink on board Queen Elizabeth

Although Cunard’s dress code is not as formal as it once was, most guests choose to dress for dinner. The four main restaurants features menus designed by Jean-Marie Zimmermann, Cunard’s Global Culinary Ambassador. The Queens Grill and Princess Grill epitomise the Cunard dining experience with attentive service and fine food delivered in exquisite surroundings. There are two sittings for dinner in the grand and elegant Britannia Restaurant.  As an alternative, guests may choose to enjoy something light in the Lido Restaurant or perhaps sample some fine French cooking in the Verandah.

The Golden Lion is a traditional pub and hosts great entertainment like karaoke and quizzes as well as serving a great range of drinks.

A Great Range of Entertainment

The Royal Court Theatre is a beautiful arena where guests can see the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Company display their diverse range talents with Shakespearean performances and musical productions. Throughout the day, this space also screens first-run feature films.

Guests can step back in time as they enter the Queens Room. This grand ballroom is decorated to reflect Cunard’s royal connections with murals and portraits of Britain’s first family. Guests can enjoy a variety of music styles, theme balls and cocktail receptions into the small hours.

A cruise ship wouldn’t be complete without the glamorous casino and Queen Elizabeth offers guests the opportunity to play a range of table games and slot machines.

Queen Elizabeth's Activities

The Games Deck emulates an English Country Garden with activities such as bowls, paddles tennis and croquet played throughout the day. Guests can also enjoy traditional ocean liner sports on deck with quoits and shuffleboard available.

For guests who want to learn some new moves, dance classes are available with expert instructors with musical accompaniment provided by the ship’s Big Band.
