Not usualy one to leave reviews but simply had to share my most recent cruise experience on board the P&O Arcadia.
My wife and I are seasoned cruisers and like to think we know a bit about what makes a good cruise. We booked a cruise on board Arcadia to the Baltics and North Europe for a bit of a change, as usually we tend to opt for the more sunnier/hotter climates. I must say that I am glad we did as the places we got to see such as Stockholm, Helinski and St Petersburg were amazing!
On board our stateroom was excellent, very spacious and well equipped. Our steward was also an extremely friendly and helpful young man who really helped make our week.
The food was very good in fact we would have to say that it was among the best we have had on a cruise. The service was also superb, with waiters bring extra veg and side dishes to our table and generally ensuring we were well looked after and well fed!
On one of our last nights we dined at Marco Pierre Whites restaurant and it was certainly worth the extra that we paid. The food and service was on another level and made my wife feel very special indeed.
Entertainment wise, again I have no complaints. There was always something to please from live music to comedy and everything in between.
As mentioned, this was not our first cruise and it won’t be our last; but what I will say is that the Arcadia Baltics cruise has stuck out for us as one of our most enjoyable!
Well done P&O!
