Brilliance of the Seas

Food & Drink

The Minstrel Dining room is the main restaurant on board and spans two decks. It spans two decks and features floor to ceiling windows allowing guests to enjoy the ocean views. Diners can choose from “My Time Dining” giving them the flexibility to choose when to dine on a daily basis or for more traditional set dining times with early and late sittings available.

For a more causal alternative, the Windjammer Café is the main buffet venue on board ship and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hear guests can enjoy cold meats, salads, pastas and burgers as well as a selection on drinks from the onsite bar. The café is located on the pool deck and allowing some diners to enjoy their meals alfresco. There are also light meals including crepes, paninis and stir fries served in the Park Cafe.

Brilliance of the seas also features a number of speciality dining options. There are a range of Asian flavours available in Izumi Asian Cuisine. Rita’s Cantina serves delightful Mexican classics in a friendly and colourful atmosphere. Chops Grille is a high end America-style steakhouse with perfectly prepared steak and seafood on offer.  The ultimate dining experience on board is the Chef’s Table which offers private dining and a personal chef who will prepare a range of gourmet treats.

Latte’tudes is a contemporary coffee house serving an array of hot beverages, beers and pastries.


The 874 seat Pacifica Theatre is the main entertainment venue on board and plays host to lavish production shows as well as other entertainers including magicians and comedians.

Alternative entertainment venues include the Colony Club which hosts evening receptions as well as dance classes and game shows.

Films are showing in a number of languages in the Scoreboard cinema with a sporting events offered in the multi-screened Scoreboard Lounge.

The Casino Royale features all of the favourite table games including craps and roulette as well as an array of electronic slot machines.

For guest looking to dance late into the night, the resident DJ provides the music in the Starquest Disco. There are also a number of theme nights held throughout the cruise.


There are two swimming pools on deck. The main pool features a large LCD screen at one end with two whirlpools and a bar close by. The other pool can be found in the Solarium and can be covered by a glass dome. This area is an adults-only sanctuary and features  relaxing spaces accompanied by a café.

There are dedicated spaces for children on board. Adventure Beach is an outdoor area featuring a waterslide and pool while Adventure Ocean is an indoor play area featuring a number games, computers and toys. Teens have their own club called Opix.

The ShipShape Fitness Centre and DaySpa features everything required to help passengers relax. There’s a gymnasium with 44 cardio machines, weights and an aerobics room which can accommodate 50 people.  The spa features a solarium, sauna, steam room as well as a number of treatment rooms where guests can enjoy massages, manicures, facials and many more therapies.
