Food & Drink

The main restaurant on Mariner of the Seas can hold almost 2,000 diners and spans three floors, each with a musical name: Sound of Music, Top Hat and Tails, and Rhapsody in Blue. The restaurant is open seating for breakfast and lunch, and in the evenings there are early and late sittings available or guests can choose the more flexible My Time Dining option.

The Windjammer Café is the ship’s self-service restaurant and is open around the clock for meals or snacks. There are a variety of stations, serving buffet delights including fresh salads, pasta, omelettes pizza, burgers and international cuisine.

Specialist restaurants on board include burger joint Johnny Rockets, Italian cuisine specialist Portofino and high-end steakhouse Chops Grille. There are also snacks like pizzas and sandwiches available in the Café Promenade, and Ben and Jerry’s at the Ice Cream Parlour.

There are plenty of venues to enjoy drinks on board including the sophisticated Champagne Bar, the refined Connoisseur's Lounge, British-style pub The Wig & Gavel, and wine bar Vintages.

The Savoy Theater is the ship’s main showlounge and stages Broadway revue shows featuring songs from the world’s biggest musicals in front of an audience of 1,320 guests.

There are more spectacular shows on offer in Studio B, the ship’s ice rink with professional skaters performing incredible costumed ice dancing shows. When the ice has melted, this venue also hosts parties, cookery demonstrations and game shows.

For some more conventional cruise entertainment then there’s cabaret on offer in the Lotus Lounge, which also hosts late night comedy shows.

In the Casino Royale, guests can play on a range of slot machines and enjoy the many table games on offer including craps, roulette, blackjack and a private poker room.

The Dragon’s Lair is the ship’s nightclub opening at 10pm and features a live DJ who plays tunes late into the night.

The aft section of the ship is a dedicated sports facility and features a running track, rock climbing wall, miniature golf course, a full size basketball court, and a rollerblading rink. There are also further opportunities to skate on the ice on Studio B.

The main pool area is the perfect place for family fun, especially in the Adventure Beach family area with its waterslide. There are also whirlpools and smaller pools in close proximity as well as plenty of loungers. Those looking for a more exclusive pool experience can visit the adults only solarium which has a bar adjacent selling healthy drinks as well as beer and cocktails.

The ShipShape health & fitness spa spans two-levels and offers exercise classes and includes  plenty of fitness equipment including weights and cardio machines for those who prefer solo workouts.  For added relaxation, there are a range of treatments available in the spa and beauty salon.

Other Voyager-class ships include Voyager of the Seas, Adventure of the Seas, Navigator of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas
