Day 1 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Arrive: Mon 25 July 2022 / Depart: Mon 25 July 2022

Facing the Adriatic Sea, the city is famous for its walls, built in stages from ancient times to the present, surrounding it, along with the port. Its splendid historical centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, exudes charm at every corner: the pearl of the Adriatic, as Lord Byron called it. Dubrovnik is located in the south of Croatia, on the Dalmatian coast, and is protected from the bora and scirocco. This means that its climate is pleasant, even in the summer months. Its sea is among the cleanest and bluest in the world and, breathing deeply on the coast, you cannot help but feel the scent of pine trees, which surround the beaches and cool the hottest hours of the day. The beaches, amongst the most beautiful of the whole of Croatia, are uncrowded and perfect for romantic evenings by the sea.

Day 2 - Kotor, Montenegro

Arrive: Tue 26 July 2022 / Depart: Tue 26 July 2022

Among the fjords of Montenegro, we arrive at the Bay of Kotor, a port with a strategic location and fortified walls, named a World Heritage site by UNESCO. The port of Kotor lies at the base of a bay with the same name and is one of Europe’s most southerly Mediterranean fjords. This is a Venetian Harbour strategically located and fortified by strong walls. Here you can discover the fascinating landscape, the fortifications built from the early middle ages and now included among the UNESCO World Heritage sites, and the old town with Venetian influences and its religious architecture, where the Catholic Cathedral of Saint Tryphon coexists with the orthodox churches of the 12th and 13th centuries. Perast is worth a visit with its islands and Byzantine architecture.

Day 3 - Argostoli

Arrive: Wed 27 July 2022 at 10:00 / Depart: Wed 27 July 2022 at 20:00

On the Greek island of Kefalonia, peace and beauty reign. The Ionian Sea, the sea of epic heroes, stretches ahead of us, ready to greet us for a modern adventure. Located at the western end of Greece, Kefalonia remains one of the most beautiful islands of the Ionian Sea. Upon arrival at Argostoli, the port of Kefalonia, the splendour of the place looks amazing. Argostoli is full of wonders to be discovered: the Melissani cave, for example, is a must. This cave of exceptional beauty holds a clear-water lake inside. The lunar landscapes of Xi Beach or the village of Assos, with its Venetian fortress, are an equally unforgettable destination. Not to be missed: • The Monastery of Saint Gerasimos • Visit to the village of Assos • Crossing the Lake Melissani

Day 4 - Corfu, Greece

Arrive: Thu 28 July 2022 / Depart: Thu 28 July 2022

Treat yourself to a trip to Corfu and you will experience the unforgettable thrill of cruising to one of Greece's most beautiful islands. The city of Corfu owes much of its charm to the wonderful old town, an ancient district made of narrow, cobbled alleys, with cafés and artisan shops. A labyrinth to lose yourself in and where every sight will be an indelible memory of your cruise to Corfu. In the old city, studded with Venetian architectural influences but best represented in the Campiello district, don’t miss a shore excursion to the 16th century fortress that stands on a spur of rock overlooking the sea. At the foot of the old town is the beautiful Spianada, once a Venetian parade ground, now a green city square overlooking the Museum of Asian Art. During a Mediterranean cruise you will arrive at the port of Corfu, Neo Limani, which is a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, and therefore a quick hop from the quay. Entrance to the town lies at the foot of the New Fortress. At this point, stopping at Corfu lets you roam the narrow streets lined with tourist shops. Complete your tour of the island with total immersion in the lush greenery: olive trees, orange trees, cypresses as well as cultural events in the heart of the walled city are the norm!

Day 5 - Brindisi

Arrive: Fri 29 July 2022 / Depart: Fri 29 July 2022

Brindisi, a land of merchants, is located in the south east of Italy, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Here there was a thriving bustle of traders, Roman soldiers and Crusaders. Brindisi takes us back to the era of the ancient merchants and Roman legionnaires leaving for the war. The port of Brindisi, built on the Adriatic South of the Italian peninsula, is in fact considered the gateway to the East. During the stop in Brindisi, you can visit the old town, the cathedral and the numerous Romanesque churches: San Giovanni al Sepolcro and St. Benedict, both dating from the 11th century, Saint Lucia (12th century) and Santa Maria del Casale from the 14th century. Visit the archaeological museum to complete your sightseeing.

Day 6 - Zadar

Arrive: Sat 30 July 2022 / Depart: Sat 30 July 2022

The port of Zadar, with its characteristic rectangular shape, is situated on a peninsula and is the historical capital of Dalmatia. Zadar was one of the most important cities of the maritime Republic of Venice for centuries. The port is located in the old town, which overlooks a large bay to the northwest, while the tourist area is in the north. The major tourist attractions of Croatia are just a short hop from Zadar: Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica National Park, the waterfalls in the Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and the Telaš?ica Nature Park. Zadar's old town, based on the Roman urban structure, houses the main monuments of Venetian origin dating back to the mediaeval period. A curiosity: the city possesses a unique sea organ that uses the movement of the waves to produce melodious sounds.

Day 7 - Trieste (Italy)

Arrive: Sun 31 July 2022 / Depart: Sun 31 July 2022

On the border between Italy and Istria, Trieste awaits you with that “surly grace” as sung by Umberto Saba: a mysterious charm of sullen beauty and Central European allure. At the foot of the karst plateau, where the two peninsulas span the Adriatic, outlining a vast secluded Gulf, Trieste is a natural port and one of the most important in the Mediterranean. Its particular geographical position, which made it the setting for some major historical events, is today a tourist destination of endless fascination. Among the splendours of the landscape and traces of an imperial past, the visit to Trieste is a tour of historical and architectural wonders. A short way from the port, after passing the Grand Canal built by Trieste’s Venetian neighbours, Piazza Unità d’Italia invites you to admire the ancient Habsburg heart of the city and enjoy a glass of Prosecco. And if you love hiking and photography, a walk on the Rilke path overlooking the sea and the "Napoleonic road" with a view of the Gulf from the edge of the karst plateau is a real treat.

Day 8 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Arrive: Mon 01 August 2022 / Depart: Mon 01 August 2022

Facing the Adriatic Sea, the city is famous for its walls, built in stages from ancient times to the present, surrounding it, along with the port. Dubrovnik is located in the south of Croatia, on the Dalmatian coast, and is protected from the bora and scirocco. This means that its climate is pleasant, even in the summer months.
