Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've used Cruise Kings and I have to say I'm very impressed. Michelle was so helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble and she helped us put together the exact package we needed at a very reasonable price. Here's hoping that all her work has paid off and we actually get to go this year! Many thanks Cruise Kings, highly recommended!

Day 8 - Nawiliwili

Arrive: Sun 05 June 2022 / Depart: Sun 05 June 2022

Kauai is better known by its well-deserved nickname, the "Garden Island." Fewer people live here than on the larger neighboring islands, but Hawaiian residents and out-of-state visitors alike are attracted to its much-acclaimed beaches. Rugged emerald-colored cliffs set the backdrop for cascading waterfalls and magnificent sandy shores. As one of the most enticing spots on earth, secluded coves are found all along the island's irregular coastline and a luxuriant rainforest flourishes on the "wet" side of the island. With the island's central mountain receiving an average of 500 inches of rainfall a year, Kauai is one of the wettest spots on earth. Kauai is also the oldest Hawaiian island both geologically and historically. Island lore claims Kauai was the original home of Pele, the goddess of fire and volcanoes, before she moved southward. Welcome ashore as you explore and discover the beauty of this verdant natural wonderland.

Day 9 - Maui (Lahaina), Hawaii

Arrive: Mon 06 June 2022 / Depart: Mon 06 June 2022

In addition to possessing marvelous beaches, this second-largest island of the Hawaiian archipelago boasts one of the great natural wonders of the world - Haleakala, the largest dormant volcano on the planet. Nicknamed the "Valley Isle," the island of Maui boasts a string of jungle valleys and is flanked on two sides by volcanoes, Puu Kukui to the west and the great Haleakala to the east. According to legend, the Hawaiian demigod Maui pulled up both ends of the island from the sea bottom with his fishhook to create this Pacific paradise. Resting between these two towering craters is central Maui, named after the island's legendary creator. Cradled on its western shore at the foot of Puu Kukui is picturesque Lahaina, now designated a national historic landmark. In days gone by, it was one of the principal whaling centers of the Pacific. Now it brims with reminders of its legendary seafaring past. Beyond Lahaina lie tranquil valleys of serene majesty, the golden sands of Kaanapali Beach and Haleakala's immense crater.

Day 10 - Kailua Kona

Arrive: Tue 07 June 2022 / Depart: Tue 07 June 2022

Day 11 - Hilo

Arrive: Wed 08 June 2022 / Depart: Wed 08 June 2022

Welcome to Hawaii. The Big Island is the youngest of the eight major Hawaiian Islands and Hilo is its largest city. Commanding Hawaii's wet eastern Hamakua Coast, Hilo is surrounded by lush forest, resplendently draped in flowers and greenery all year. Perhaps this natural gift is best showcased in Hilo's huge orchid farms. Since Hawaii is also the largest member of the volcanic chain, it is fairly easy for visitors to find a secluded spot on a beach or a quiet trail traversing one of its natural preserves. Its lush eastern rainforests contrast sharply with the eerie lunar-like landscape of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a must-see for first time visitors. The old Lyman House Museum, a restored 19th-century home, provides an interesting, historical look at the region. One should also visit some of the beautiful waterfalls in the area. The western Kona Coast is widely known for its elegant resorts, rocky shore and agreeable dry climate. The lifestyle here can only be described as "relaxed." People often signify their happy mood with the friendly shaka sign, made by folding one's three center fingers to the palm and shaking the wrist back and forth with the thumb and pinky extended. This is a common greeting in the islands and it indicates that all is going well.

Day 12 - Pacific Ocean Cruising

Day 13 - Pacific Ocean Cruising

Day 14 - Pacific Ocean Cruising

Day 15 - Pacific Ocean Cruising

Day 16 - Ensenada

Arrive: Mon 13 June 2022 / Depart: Mon 13 June 2022

Ensenada, the third-largest city in the state of Baja, and its environs are famed for many things. One is the sunny and mild weather, which helps yield fine wines considered to be the best in Mexico. Another is the surf. Ensenada boasts several celebrated surfing spots, including San Miguel Beach and Three Ms, or Tres Emes. A third lure is off-road racing, with the Baja 1000 being held every year in November and the Baja 500 taking place in June. Rivaling Carnival in Rio and Mardi Gras in New Orleans is Ensenada’s Carnaval, bringing thousands of revelers to the streets for six fun-filled days. Migrating gray whales draw their fair share of travelers as well. Certainly, this is only a partial list of Ensenada’s seasonal and perennial attractions. During your visit, you are sure to discover additional reasons Ensenada is called the “Cinderella of the Pacific.”
