Food & Drink
The ship has eight bars and lounger with 11 restaurants providing the perfect space for guests to enjoy all that’s on offer. NCL’s Freestyle cruising philosophy means that diners can choose where and when to dine on any night of the cruise.
There are two main dining rooms on board, the Garden Room and Windows. Each of these serves five course meals each night for dinner with the backdrop of superb ocean views. Raffles Court & Terrace offers the option of alfresco dining as well as great choice in this buffet style restaurant. There are even more buffet options available in the Blue Lagoon Café which stays open 24 hours a day.
There are treats from around the world available in the ship’s speciality dining restaurants where guests can dine for a cover charge. Fine Italian food is served in La Trattoria, while Le Bistro serves traditional French classics. There are Asian treats on offer in the Shogun restaurant which also contains a Sushi and Sashimi bar and diners can enjoy a Japanese Hibachi experience in Teppanyaki.
Guests can also have pizza delivered to their destination of choice with Spirit’s 24/7 Pizza- Delivery Service.
For drinks, there are a variety of bars from elegant Champagne Charlie’s to the more relaxed atmosphere of Henry’s Pub.
The stylish and elegant Stardust Theatre plays host to a range of big production shows. The current show on board Norwegian Spirit is ELEMENTS, a music and dance spectacular exploring the four elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water. There are also a great range of cabaret acts available from magicians to jugglers at the Comedy Variety show
Other lounges act as alternate entertainment venues with musical entertainment with the On Broadway and Soul Rockin’ Nights performances and some incredible illusions performed in the Magicians show.
There are more than 150 slot machines available in the Bollywood styled Maharajah’s Casino as well as a range of great table games and a lively bar.
Maharini’s Lounge & Nightclub stays open late into the night for guests to dance the night away with the tunes provided by the resident DJ.
There’s a small but well equipped gym on board which features a full range of exercise equipment including weights, treadmills and bikes looking out onto the ocean. For further exercise there’s a running track on deck 13 which is right next to the basketball court.
The Mandara Spa is the perfect place to relax right after a workout and offers a range of treatments including acupuncture, hot stone massage and body wraps. There’s also a two-lane swim-against-the-current pool for those who like to get regular laps.
On deck there are two addition swimming pools with Buccaneer’s Wet and Wild offering fun for all the family with slides, a paddling pool and a children’s hot hub. There are also four hot tubs found around the Tivoli Pool as well as loungers and deck chairs for passengers to enjoy the sun.
There’s also a small library for guests looking for some enriching literature on board ship and an Internet Café for those looking to stay in touch with the news from back home.
