For a ship of its size there is an impressive selection of 7 eateries, with something for absolutely everyone to enjoy on board. What’s more, with 2 mouth-watering specialty dining venues to indulge within, you can truly give your tastebuds a treat.

Book into the Aqualina restaurant – the pasta is to die for, and the service is immaculate!
Refreshing Beverages
Again, for a smaller-sized ship, Azamara Pursuit boasts a wonderful selection of bars, lounges and gathering spots. Collectively, the ship offers the blend of live music venues, beautifully designed social settings and more romantic surroundings for those who may desire them. One thing that makes Azamara really stand out for me is the value for money with their drink’s packages. Their Complimentary Beverages package alone includes select standard spirits, international beers and a selection of wines – which for me was plenty!
My Top Tip:
If you want to branch out and treat yourself to their Premium, Ultimate or Wine Lovers packages… you are able to do so on a daily rate – meaning you do not have to pay for this luxury for the entirety of your cruise. Perfect if you are only wanting to enjoy them on select days!
Entertainment & Enrichment
I found that the theatre shows on board Azamara Pursuit felt much more intimate than others I have experienced in the past. The theatre is a respectable size, but you still get that intimate feeling when sitting in the crowd. With wonderful shows like Club Crooner, Oh, What a Night and my personal favourite, Wanderlust – there’s plenty to keep you entertained. You can also enjoy everything from live jazz bands, eccentric DJ’s and fun-filled karaoke. Another mention must go to the cocktail pianist in The Den – a brilliant night. It should also be noted that the spa and gym facilities on board were immaculate – offering everything you could ever possibly need on your own personal wellness journey.
My Top Tip:
Grab a seat on the side at the Theatre – you still get perfect views of the stage… whilst also getting even quicker access to the wonderful table service bar staff who serve throughout the show!
The Famed White Night
On every Azamara sailing, guests can enjoy 1 night on board that is dedicated to their celebrated White Night. A party-like atmosphere is spread across the ship with live singers, interactive speakers and more – resulting in a real feel-good factor pulsating amongst the guests. It really is lovely seeing everyone on board taking part and socializing amongst one another!
My Top Tip:
Remember to bring something white and head over to the Top Deck early to enjoy a premium spot for the party!
Immersive Itineraries
Not only does Azamara Pursuit’s smaller-sized design allow the ship to sail right into the heart of lesser travelled ports of call that mainstream cruise lines simply cannot access… you also get to enjoy more overnight stays and more time in port – allowing you to gain the full experience, instead of ever feeling rushed or pushed for time.
My top tip:
Take advantage of the unique opportunity to enjoy both the daytime vibe and the nighttime vibe of each of the wonderful ports of call you visit.
Conclusion
After a very short but sweet visit on board Azamara Pursuit, I quickly caught the Azamara bug, and will certainly be returning in the future. The spaces on board never feel crowded, the ship give a premium sensation without feel obnoxious and the staff across the ship simply cannot do enough for you. Factor this in with the dreamy itineraries that allow you to fully explore the ports of call you visit, alongside the remarkable value for money – I can wholeheartedly vouch that an Azamara Pursuit voyage promises to exceed all expectations.
