I’m a cruise specialist with 10 years’ experience in the travel industry, and I’m proud to have spent the last decade doing a job I genuinely love. During this time, I’ve travelled extensively on cruise holidays, visiting incredible destinations around the world.
I’ve developed a real passion for everything cruising has to offer, from the variety of itineraries to the different ships and onboard experiences. I love sharing my first-hand knowledge to help customers feel confident and excited about their holiday choices.
What I enjoy most is turning holiday ideas into reality. I take pride in planning every detail, working closely with each customer from start to finish – from choosing the perfect cruise and cabin to arranging hotels, transfers and experiences. My aim is to create a seamless, stress-free journey, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable holidays.
What I love most about my job is helping people plan something they can truly look forward to. Holidays are so important, and I enjoy being part of that journey from the very beginning. Every customer is different, which makes each booking unique and keeps my role exciting.
I particularly enjoy bringing all the finer details together. From finding the right cruise to recommending hotels, tours and experiences, I make sure everything fits perfectly to create a personal, stress-free holiday.

Destinations
I’ve been fortunate to explore a range of incredible destinations, with Canada and Alaska holding a special place in my heart. I’ve visited Toronto several times, with highlights including the spectacular Niagara Falls and the unforgettable Maid of the Mist boat ride. I also loved exploring Toronto Island – cycling, enjoying a picnic, and taking in the skyline as you sail back across the water, offering a unique perspective of the city.
Alaska remains my favourite. A helicopter ride over a glacier followed by dog sledging on the ice was an unforgettable experience I’d highly recommend. Cruising here is truly breathtaking, with incredible scenery and memorable wildlife encounters, from spotting bears along the coastline to amazing whale-watching excursions. It’s a destination I love sharing with my clients to help them create their own unforgettable memories.
I’ve been fortunate to explore Asia on some unforgettable cruises. One of my most memorable journeys was sailing the Mekong River with Emerald Cruises – a true luxury experience. Visiting local villages, discovering new cultures, and watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat made it a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
I’ve also sailed from Hong Kong with Royal Caribbean to Vietnam, experiencing vibrant cities, diverse cultures and stunning landscapes along the way. These journeys have given me first-hand knowledge of Asia and its rich history and natural beauty, allowing me to create tailored experiences for my clients.

Princess and Celebrity are my top choices for mainstream cruising. Both offer outstanding service and a great balance of entertainment, activities, relaxation and dining. I love the variety and energy on board – whether it’s enjoying a show, exploring new destinations or simply relaxing with a cocktail, they consistently deliver memorable experiences.
I had the opportunity to sail with Explora Journeys last year and was truly impressed. Described as a “luxury boutique hotel at sea", it offers a more refined and intimate experience. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with terraces perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The food is exceptional, with all dining included, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet luxurious. I particularly loved the attention to detail and the personalised feel, which makes it stand out from larger cruise lines.
