I always contact Nicola Boyd who gives me a very personal experience, is quick to reply to my emails, who will look up prices for anything I request, even when I say it's only a tentative enquiry, and is always helpful and knowledgeable. When I come to booking she is efficient and gets us the best price possible (as far as I can tell - certainly beats other companies).
