We haven’t been on the holiday yet (February 2028), but the whole booking process was superb. Getting us exactly the right holiday in exactly the right cabin took two 40-minute conversations. We really appreciated the care Karoline took, her honesty and the total lack of any kind of hard sell. She certainly answered all of our questions thoughtfully and very helpfully. An outstanding guide! We further appreciated the ease of reaching a human being. The phone calls were taken up by us asking lots of questions, not by waiting endlessly to talk to someone. We are confident as time passes that any future questions will be answered individually and helpfully by Karoline. We are so far extremely impressed by the service given.
